Public Poetry — 07/2008
This project is about the idea of perishability and change. Five different poems dealing with related topics were in a cloak-and-dagger operation painted (chalk) on the streets of Würzburg's city center. The new day revealed those poems as literal snap-shots out of life. Then – step by step (in the full sense of the word) – they were slowly destroyed by the by-passing passengers and finally washed away by a summer rain in the afternoon.
