A Bunch of Thoughts — 02/2007
This project deals with the huge amount of thoughts in our heads. Only an infinitesimal part of them has a visible consequence in our lives. With "a bunch of thoughts" I tried to make people think about their thoughts and their ability to think and to make the invisible visible. I sent fourty letters containing the concept/instructions and an empty, self-addressed postcard to fourty persons all over Germany. The addressee was asked to write an anonymous stream of consciousness on the postcard and to send it back to me afterwards. I gathered all the incoming postcards and made a book out of them Ð and what I got was a bunch of thoughts.
